Since its inception, the Housing Authority of Tulare County (HATC) has been a key partner assisting our extremely low-income seniors with assistance, providing them an opportunity to live their lives in a well-managed and maintained facility, while participating in provided activities delivering on our VSH commitment to enrich each seniors lives while they age in place.

VSH has now partnered with HATC to develop a brand new affordable senior housing project, "The Myrtle Senior Apartments". The new 62-unit facility opened in early 2024 and is now serving seniors with an outstanding home, with 1 & 2 bedroom units, a community room and plenty of opportunities enabling seniors to age in place

A new venture... Visalia Senior Housing is partnering with Self-Help Enterprises
to expand the community's ability to offer more!  Crescent Meadows has been agreed upon and this new property will provide up to 200 units supporting affordable housing and support to seniors.
